Once production has begun, no further design changes can be made.

• Orders canceled after sculpting or design work has begun may be eligible for a partial refund at the seller's discretion, less sculpting, modeling, consultation, and project costs already incurred
• Once physical production, printing, finishing, assembly, packaging, or shipment preparation has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded
