IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Every sculpture is custom-made to order
• Custom sculpting, digital modeling, design services, and project preparation begin shortly after an order is placed
• Because each sculpture is custom-created specifically for the customer and cannot be resold, design fees, modeling services, consultation time, and project preparation costs are non-refundable once work has commenced
• If a customer chooses not to approve a completed custom design, design, and modeling fees remain non-refundable because the work was performed specifically for that order
• Orders canceled after design work has begun may be eligible for a partial refund at the seller's discretion, less design, modeling, consultation, and project costs already incurred
• Once physical production, printing, finishing, painting, assembly, engraving, or packaging has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded
• Sculpt accuracy depends on the quality of the provided photographs
• Some artistic interpretation may be necessary for unseen details, limited reference material, or angles not visible in submitted photos
• Due to finishing techniques, lighting, and production materials, final colors, textures, and appearance may vary slightly from product photos

DESIGN PREVIEW, APPROVAL & REVISIONS
Each sculpture is individually designed from your submitted photographs to create a meaningful and accurate tribute.

• One custom sculpt preview is provided before production
• Up to one round of minor revisions is included
• Additional revisions or major redesign requests may require an additional design fee

Minor revisions include small refinements to likeness, proportions, surface details, or presentation elements.

Requests for significant pose changes, replacement reference photos, major redesigns, new artistic interpretations, additional subjects, or substantial changes after design work has begun are considered major revisions.

If there are specific details that are especially important to you, please communicate them when submitting your photographs so they can be incorporated during the initial design phase.

Written approval of the sculpt preview is required before production begins.

Approval confirms acceptance of the custom design and authorizes production to proceed.

Once production has begun, no further design changes can be made.

Final sculpted, printed, painted, and finished results may vary slightly from digital previews due to material characteristics, artistic interpretation, and production processes.
