• Custom design, handwriting preparation, layout work, consultation, and project preparation begin shortly after an order is placed
• Because each plaque is custom-created specifically for the customer and cannot be resold, design fees, handwriting preparation services, consultation time, and project preparation costs are non-refundable once work has commenced
• If a customer chooses not to approve a completed custom layout or design proof, design and preparation fees remain non-refundable because the work was performed specifically for that order
• Orders canceled after design or preparation work has begun may be eligible for a partial refund at the seller's discretion, less design, preparation, consultation, material, and project costs already incurred
• Once physical production, engraving, finishing, assembly, packaging, or shipment preparation has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded
• Final results depend on the quality and clarity of the submitted handwriting sample
• Some artistic judgment may be required to repair damaged, faded, incomplete, folded, or difficult-to-read handwriting samples
• Listing images are for style reference only. Every plaque is individually custom-made from customer-provided handwriting samples

DESIGN PROOF, APPROVAL & REVISIONS
Each plaque is individually prepared from the handwriting sample you provide.

• A design proof may be provided before production when necessary
• One round of minor revisions is included when a proof is provided
• Additional revisions or major redesign requests may require an additional design fee

Minor revisions include reasonable adjustments to layout, spacing, sizing, and plaque presentation.

Requests for replacement handwriting samples after preparation work has begun, substantial layout redesigns, major content changes, or repeated revision requests are considered major revisions and may require additional fees.

Please carefully review all spelling, dates, wording, and layout details before approving a proof.

Written approval of the design proof, when provided, confirms acceptance of the custom layout and authorizes production to proceed.

Once production has begun, no further design changes can be made.

FINAL RESULT EXPECTATIONS
