Every sculpture begins with YOUR pet. We do not simply select a stock animal model and change its colors. We use your photographs to develop an individual three-dimensional portrait refined specifically for physical production.

FULL-COLOR PORTRAIT
Our signature full-color edition.

Unlike a single-color model painted afterward, we incorporate your pet's colors directly into the sculpture during our advanced multi-filament 3D printing process.

We carefully map available filament colors to your pet's coat, markings, eyes, nose, and other distinguishing characteristics. Depending on the portrait, production may use multiple colors and many automated filament transitions throughout the print.

Because we use physical filament rather than photographic ink, exact color matching isn't always possible. We select the closest appropriate colors available to create a balanced and recognizable representation of your pet.

CLASSIC SCULPTURE 
Our Classic Sculpture receives the SAME custom portrait development and likeness-refinement process as the Full-Color Portrait but is produced in a classic single-color finish.

This is NOT a simplified or generic version of your pet.

Your photographs receive the same individual modeling and sculpting process used to develop our Full-Color Portrait. The difference is the physical color-production process, not the level of customization used to create your pet's likeness.

The monochromatic finish creates a clean, traditional sculptural appearance and can be displayed as received or painted by you, if desired.

CUSTOM BASE & MEMORIAL WORDING
Your sculpture isn't limited to one standard pedestal.

We can create the display base to complement the individual portrait. Depending on the project, this may include a traditional pedestal, pet-bed-inspired base, or another appropriate design.

Base shapes, styles, and colors may vary according to the portrait and selected design.

Personalized wording is also included. Depending on the design, we may incorporate your inscription directly into the 3D-printed base or laser-engrave it onto a real brass nameplate, when appropriate.

Your personalization can include your pet's:

CREATED FROM YOUR PET — NOT A STOCK MODEL
The most important part of this process is creating a sculpture that represents YOUR companion.

We work from the photographs you provide to interpret characteristics such as:

• Facial structure and expression
• Eyes, ears, muzzle, and nose
• Body shape and proportions
• Coat length and overall texture
• Distinctive markings and coloration
• Tail and other recognizable features
• Overall posture and pose

Three-dimensional sculpture is an artistic interpretation of photographic references, not a photographic reproduction. Certain extremely fine details, individual hairs, subtle gradients, and micro-patterns must be translated into forms that can be successfully produced as a physical sculpture.

Our objective is not simply to create a beautiful animal sculpture.

Our goal is for you to recognize YOUR pet in it.

SIZE
The standard portrait sculpture is approximately 6" (152 mm) at its primary dimension.

Typical sculpture dimensions:
• Height: approximately 6", depending on pose
• Width: typically 3"–4.5"
• Depth: typically 3"–5"

Base dimensions vary by sculpture and selected base design.

Exact finished dimensions will vary because every animal and pose is different. A sitting dog, curled cat, standing pet, bird, or long-bodied breed cannot all be scaled identically without affecting their natural proportions.

We scale each sculpture and base to create an attractive, proportionate finished display.

HOW IT WORKS
Select Full-Color Portrait or Classic Sculpture and place your order.
Upload your reference photographs when ordering.
Provide your pet's name, desired memorial wording, and any characteristics that are especially important to you.
We review your photographs and begin developing your custom three-dimensional portrait.
We individually refine and prepare your sculpture for physical production.
We provide a digital design preview for your review BEFORE physical production begins.
One complimentary round of minor revisions is included.
Once you approve the design in writing, we begin physical production.
We print, finish, inspect, personalize, assemble, and carefully package your sculpture.
Your completed portrait ships with tracking.

YOUR APPROVAL MATTERS
You knew your pet better than anyone.

That makes your feedback an important part of creating a meaningful portrait.

Before physical production begins, you will have an opportunity to review the digital sculpture and identify meaningful characteristics that may need adjustment.

One complimentary round of minor revisions is included.

Minor revisions may include:
• Small proportion refinements
• Adjustments to markings
• Minor facial or detail corrections
• Small surface refinements

Major changes that substantially alter the original project may require an additional design fee.

Examples of major changes include:
• Changing the pose after sculpting has begun
• Replacing primary reference photographs after modeling has begun
• Requesting a substantially different artistic interpretation
• Significant structural redesigns
• Multiple additional revision rounds

We require written approval before we begin physical production.

Once you approve the sculpture and physical production begins, you can no longer request design changes.

PHOTO TIPS FOR THE BEST PORTRAIT
Multiple photographs are strongly encouraged.

Whenever possible, please provide:

• Clear front view of your pet's face
• Left and right side views
• Full-body photograph
• Clear images showing coat colors and markings
• Additional angles showing distinctive features

Natural lighting and sharp, unfiltered photographs are especially helpful.

Please avoid heavily filtered, extremely dark, blurry, or very low-resolution images whenever better photographs are available.

DON'T HAVE PERFECT PHOTOS?
That's okay.

We understand that many of these sculptures are commissioned after a beloved pet has passed. Sometimes the photographs you have are simply the photographs you have.

Please upload the best images available.

We will review them and let you know if additional photographs or information would help us create your portrait.

DOGS, CATS & OTHER COMPANIONS
Our custom portrait process isn't limited to dogs and cats.

You can use the same process to create portraits of many beloved companions, including pets with unusual body shapes, coats, markings, and other distinctive characteristics.

If you're unsure whether your pet is a good candidate for a custom sculpture, please get in touch with us before ordering. We're happy to review your photographs.

IMPORTANT EXPECTATIONS
We create every sculpture individually from customer-supplied photographs.

Because we are translating two-dimensional photographs into a complete three-dimensional form, artistic interpretation is an inherent part of the process. Features that are hidden or unclear in the reference photographs may require interpretation.

The Full-Color Portrait uses available physical filament colors rather than photographic ink. Exact photographic shades, extremely subtle gradients, individual hairs, and very fine coat patterns may therefore be approximated or simplified.

Likewise, some very fine anatomical and surface details may be simplified to create a strong, clean sculpture suitable for physical production and long-term display.

Small layer lines and other characteristics associated with additive manufacturing may be visible upon close inspection.

Digital previews and photographs viewed on a screen may also appear slightly different from the finished physical sculpture due to lighting, materials, monitor settings, and the production process.

These variations are normal characteristics of a custom sculptural medium.

CUSTOM ORDER & CANCELLATION INFORMATION
Each portrait is made specifically for one customer and cannot reasonably be resold.

Custom design, digital sculpting, modeling, consultation, and project preparation begin shortly after you place your order.

If you cancel an order after custom design work has begun, costs associated with completed custom design, modeling, consultation, and project preparation are non-refundable.

If you choose not to approve a completed custom design, fees associated with the custom work already performed remain non-refundable.

Once you provide written approval and physical production begins, you can no longer cancel or change the order.

If you have questions or concerns during the design process, please share them BEFORE approving your digital preview, so we have a chance to address them.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
• Designed primarily for indoor display
• Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth or soft brush
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
• Keep away from excessive heat
• Handle the sculpture by its base whenever practical
• This is a collectible/display sculpture and is not intended as a toy

NEED IT BY A SPECIFIC DATE?
If your sculpture is intended for a memorial service, celebration of life, birthday, anniversary, holiday, or another important date, please get in touch with us before ordering whenever possible.

Custom sculpting and multi-color production require time. We would rather discuss your deadline before accepting the order than promise a delivery date we cannot confidently meet.
