PHOTO GUIDELINES
For the best likeness and sculpt quality, we recommend:

DESIGN PREVIEW, APPROVAL & REVISIONS
Each sculpture is individually sculpted from your submitted photographs to create a meaningful and accurate portrait.

• One custom sculpt preview is provided before production
• One complimentary minor revision round is included
• Additional revisions or major redesign requests may require an additional sculpting fee

Minor revisions include reasonable refinements to facial features, proportions, surface smoothing, and presentation details.

Requests for replacement reference photos after sculpting has begun, substantial changes to facial structure, major redesigns, new artistic interpretations, additional subjects, or repeated revision requests are considered major revisions and may require additional fees.

If you have specific features, expressions, hairstyles, clothing preferences, or other important details, please share them when submitting your photographs so we can incorporate them during the initial sculpting phase.

We require written approval of the sculpt preview before production begins.

Approval confirms acceptance of the custom design and authorizes production.

Once production has begun, no further design changes can be made.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Every sculpture is custom-made to order
• Custom sculpting, digital modeling, design services, consultation, and project preparation begin shortly after an order is placed
• Because each sculpture is custom-created specifically for the customer and cannot be resold, sculpting fees, modeling services, design work, consultation time, and project preparation costs are non-refundable once work has commenced
• If a customer chooses not to approve a completed custom sculpt, sculpting and modeling fees remain non-refundable because the work was performed specifically for that order
• Orders canceled after sculpting or design work has begun may be eligible for a partial refund at the seller's discretion, less sculpting, modeling, consultation, and project costs already incurred
• Once physical production, printing, finishing, painting, assembly, engraving, packaging, or shipment preparation has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded
• Final results depend on the quality, quantity, and clarity of the provided photographs
• Some artistic interpretation may be required for areas not visible in reference images or for details not clearly represented in submitted photographs
• Due to lighting, finishing techniques, hand-applied finishes, and production materials, final colors, textures, and appearance may vary slightly from photos shown
