PHOTO GUIDELINES
For the best results, we recommend:
• High-resolution images
• Sharp focus
• Good lighting
• Clear visibility of subjects
• Minimal blur or compression

Please avoid:
• Blurry or low-resolution photos
• Dark or heavily shadowed images
• Screenshots when possible
• Heavily filtered photographs
• Images with important details cropped out

Higher-quality photos produce cleaner, sharper, and more detailed finished results.

NATURAL STONE CHARACTERISTICS
Each slate is made from genuine natural stone.

As a result, slight variations may occur in:
• Edge shape
• Surface texture
• Stone coloration
• Mineral patterns
• Image placement near natural edges

These variations are normal and contribute to the uniqueness and handcrafted character of every piece.

DISPLAY & CARE
• Intended for indoor decorative display
• Display stand included
• Keep away from prolonged moisture exposure
• Dust gently with a soft dry cloth
• Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing materials
• Handle carefully, as natural stone can chip if dropped

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Listing includes one personalized heart-shaped photo slate
• Every slate is custom-made to order
• Custom image preparation, layout design, consultation, and project preparation begin shortly after an order is placed
• Because each slate is custom-created specifically for the customer and cannot be resold, design fees, image preparation services, consultation time, and project preparation costs are non-refundable once work has commenced
• If a customer chooses not to approve a completed custom design or layout proof, design and preparation fees remain non-refundable because the work was performed specifically for that order
• Orders canceled after design or preparation work has begun may be eligible for a partial refund at the seller's discretion, less design, preparation, material, and project costs already incurred
• Once production, printing, finishing, packaging, or shipment preparation has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded
• Personalized items are not eligible for return unless damaged, defective, or incorrect due to seller error
• Final results depend on source image quality, lighting, available detail, and image resolution
• Natural stone variations are normal
• Listing images are for style reference only. Every slate is individually customized from customer-provided photos and personalization details

DESIGN PROOF, APPROVAL & REVISIONS
Each slate is individually prepared using the photo and personalization details you provide.

• A design proof may be provided before production when necessary
• One round of minor revisions is included when a proof is provided
• Additional revisions or major redesign requests may require an additional design fee

Minor revisions include reasonable adjustments to image placement, sizing, cropping, text positioning, or layout presentation.

Requests for replacement images after preparation work has begun, significant layout redesigns, repeated revision requests, major wording changes, or substantial content modifications are considered major revisions and may require additional fees.

Please carefully review all names, dates, wording, and design elements before approving a proof.

Written approval of the design proof, when provided, confirms acceptance of the custom layout and authorizes production to proceed.

Once production has begun, no further design changes can be made.

FINAL RESULT EXPECTATIONS
The goal of this product is to create a meaningful decorative keepsake that preserves photographs, memories, milestones, and important relationships in a lasting, natural stone display piece.

Final printed results may vary slightly from listing images, digital proofs, or original photographs due to natural stone characteristics, image transfer processes, lighting conditions, source image quality, and production methods.

Images are optimized for the best possible outcome but are not exact 1:1 reproductions.

SHIPPING
All slates are carefully packaged for safe delivery and include tracking information once shipped.
